Shipping:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 11AM to 6PM, excluding weekends and holidays. If you need your order shipped out same day, your order must be placed by 2PM EST time. All in stock orders are shipped within 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail (3-4 business days) with a tracking number included.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping information when you receive your order confirmation email. You can make changes to your information or order - only - if the order has not been fulfilled and shipped. If a package is shipped with the incorrect shipping information, we must wait for the package to be returned to us - and then you must repurchase a new shipping label.

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number.  Please refer to that email for tracking information.

Returns:

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we readily accept exchanges or give you a store credit for online orders.

All Exchange merchandise must be accompanied by a sales receipt within 7 Days of purchase. Items must be in original conditions with tags attached. We will not accept Refund.

We CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS of FINAL SALE items or CLEARANCE items. They are non-refundable and non-exchanged. Please do not return final sale items.

Please be sure ALL items are accompanied by an original receipt.
